Real Estate Agent Arrested For Sex Trafficking, Kidnapping, and Sexual Assault

Brandon Gutman, a 42-year-old real estate agent from Boca Raton, has been taken into custody by the Boca Raton Police Department. He faces serious charges, including sex trafficking, kidnapping, sexual assault, and prostitution. 

Although the official arrest report on the real estate agent sex trafficking case is still being processed, preliminary information indicates the following charges against Gutman: kidnapping a mentally deficient or incapacitated individual for human trafficking purposes; coercing an adult for engaging in commercial sexual activity through kidnapping; profiting from prostitution by living off the earnings of a prostitute (first offense); and sexual assault against a victim aged 16 or 17 by an individual 24 years of age or older.

According to his social media accounts, Gutman is affiliated with Century 21 as a real estate agent. Verification through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) confirms that Gutman holds an active real estate sales agent license.

Following his arrest, Gutman was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
