Snoop Dogg Cleared of Sex Trafficking Accusations

[Los Angeles, CA] Rapper Snoop Dogg has been cleared of all accusations of sex trafficking made against him by a former makeup artist.

The accuser, who claimed she was trafficked to perform services for Snoop Dogg, alleged that the rapper had coerced her into performing sexual acts on multiple occasions. However, a federal judge dismissed the case, citing insufficient evidence.

The accuser had filed a lawsuit in February, alleging that she was forced into sexual slavery and subjected to physical abuse, all under the pretense of being hired as a makeup artist for Snoop Dogg’s tour. The lawsuit also named rapper Too Short and several other defendants, but they were all dismissed from the case earlier.

Snoop Dogg’s legal team maintained that the allegations were false and argued that the plaintiff’s complaint lacked specific details and evidence. They also pointed out that the accuser had previously claimed that she had consensual sexual encounters with Snoop Dogg, which contradicted her allegations of being trafficked.
While the case has been dismissed, the Snoop Dogg sex trafficking issue sheds light on the larger issue of sex trafficking and exploitation in the entertainment industry. If you or someone you know is a victim of sexual exploitation, contact the Women’s Rights Group for legal help and support.
