Maple Valley Resident Faces Sex Trafficking Allegations

Tony Eldridge, 42, from Maple Valley, has been arrested on charges related to sex trafficking and the exploitation of a minor. According to the Bellevue Police Department, the investigation began after officers rescued a 15-year-old girl on July 1, who reported being coerced into sex work by Eldridge at his residence.

The teenager informed the authorities that Eldridge was fully aware of her age. She was introduced to this illicit activity by a 28-year-old woman acquainted with her mother. Additionally, she reported multiple episodes of abuse inflicted by Eldridge.

As the investigation into the Maple Valley sex trafficking progressed, three more victims were identified.

A standoff on August 3 at Eldridge’s Maple Valley home ended with his arrest. He now faces charges including human trafficking, promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor, child rape, and three counts of promoting prostitution. Currently, Eldridge is being held on a $500,000 bail.

Further details reveal Eldridge’s criminal history as a registered sex offender in both Multnomah County, Oregon, and King County. His record includes a 2013 conviction for promoting prostitution.

The case is ongoing with Eldridge’s arraignment scheduled for August 17.
