Rancho Cucamonga Investigation Leads to Human Trafficking Charges
The investigation began on June 13, 2026, when deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station responded to a reported human trafficking case. Investigators allege that 19-year-old Raynon Terry Whitaker solicited a confidential female victim for prostitution and transported her between San Bernardino and Los Angeles.
Whitaker was arrested on August 4 by the San Bernardino County Probation Department and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for a probation violation. Deputies continued the investigation, and on August 21, he was additionally booked on allegations of human trafficking, pimping, and pandering.
Authorities say other victims may exist and urge anyone with relevant information to contact the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station or submit an anonymous tip via We-Tip.
